My Lolita Journey

Hey guys, I have just started upon the journey if becoming a Lolita. Now I don’t mean a young nymphette but the fashion that became famous in japan. I have bought my first dress, splurged on shoes and a pettycoat and am awaiting several other item. I am worried about dressing Lolita for a few reasons  1. How society may think and react when I go out in public 2. I am a tad over the accepted weight for conventional beauty and I am worried this will make me a target for further ridicule. (as it already does) 3. There is a thing called Ita Lolita, which means you’re doing it wrong within the conventions of the style.  But otherwise I hope that dressing a way that I really love will boost my confidence and give enjoyment to my life! on this blog I am planning to update with pictures as I get new outfits and wear them out, as well as rebloging things that inspire me. well, here goes nothing!
